Smoke Detector Certification

Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are life-saving safety devices required by both the Town of Corte Madera code and your HOA covenants. As part of ongoing building maintenance and upgrades, the Town requires each owner to certify that their unit has working smoke detectors in each sleeping room and both smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in the hallway near your bedrooms. The form is simple and should take less than five minutes to complete.  The form has been emailed to all Parkview owners, or you can download the form from the town website, complete it, then upload it using this page. Just write your unit number (e.g., 101 Pixley, 36 Redwood, etc.) in the Property Address space, leave the Permit Number field blank, then sign, date, and write your name. That's it.
