CC&Rs and Other Governing Documents
In September 2025, Parkview owners approved updated Bylaws and CC&Rs. The new bylaws took effect on September 9, 2025, and the new CC&Rs became effective September 16, 2025. Copies will be provided to each owner before the end of September. In addition to the 2025 documents, the previous versions are provided on this page for reference.
Printed and bound copies may be ordered at the HOA's cost ($10 plus tax and shipping, as of 3/12/2026, subject to change) via this link. Faster delivery may be possible if you order from Amazon, Barnes & Noble or other booksellers, but the price will be higher.
