This page includes copies of the official county property maps for the Parkview Terrace subdivision, which was created in 1962. To find your way to our homes, driving directions, or more general info, you can find us on Google Maps.

Each condominium has its own street address and assessor's parcel number (APN), and we refer to each of our buildings by their original “lot number” from the 1962 property maps. 

The Parkview Recreation Association HOA includes Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12. The addresses are 2-8 and 34-40 Redwood Avenue and 101-179 Pixley Avenue in Corte Madera. Lot 9 is a 10-unit building up a steep driveway just north of Redwood on Pixley. All of the other buildings have four units each. 

Lots 1-3 are single-family homes that were sold separately from our association, and Lot 11 (18-24 Redwood Avenue) operates independently under a different HOA.
