Monthly Dues Payments Edit page

Parkview's management changes from Bay Area Property Services to Premier Property Services, effective Jan. 1, 2026. January dues must be paid via check mailed to the following address: 

Heritage Bank of Commerce 

C/O Premier Property Services 

P.O. Box 90066 

San Jose, CA 95109-3066

December payments should be made to Bay Area Property Services. For online payments or other issues with payments through December 31, 2025, visit this link.

For payments after January 2026, you may choose one of the following options:

• Mail checks to the HOA's bank each month
• Set up automatic payments via your own bank's online bill payment service
• Use the payment system on Premier's owner portal. 

Please complete the form linked below and advise the new manager what method you plan to use in 2026.

DO NOT SEND ANY PAYMENTS TO ALLIANCE BANK AFTER DEC. 31, 2025. If you have been making your payments via your own bank's automatic bill payment service, be sure to cancel this before the January payment goes out.
